Restorative Workshop: Winter Reset (2hrs)
Halfway through the year is a good time to reset your nervous system, calmly find your breath again, and clear the mental clutter. In this Winter Reset, we are looking to submerge in a deeper rest, using the breath & stillness as your guide. We will consciously move at a slower pace and take extended time in specific poses aimed to quite the brain and soothe the mind.
Expect slow transitions, and a deep experience in rest.

Gong Bath (90mins)

Join us for an immersive Gong Bath experience, where the healing vibrations of sound will wash over you, promoting deep relaxation, meditation, and stress relief.
What is a Gong Bath?
A Gong Bath is a form of sound therapy where participants lie comfortably while the deep, resonant tones of the gong create a meditative and restorative atmosphere. The sound waves help to shift brain states, clear energetic blockages, and bring harmony to the mind and body.

Winter Yin Yoga & Sound Bath: Nourish your kidneys and bladder meridians
Join Shayne and Kate for this deeply restorative Yin yoga and sound bath designed to support your body during the winter months.
Through gentle, long-held yin postures, we'll encourage deep release, while the healing vibrations of crystal and Nepalese bowls guid you into profound relaxation.
Expect a long and delicious Savasana at the end.

Restorative Workshop: Letting Go (2hrs)
This Autumn we take a more introspective approach which will include some Yin yoga stretching to encourage free flowing movement of energy. This will lead into the more restful Restorative poses.
Our Intention will be to let go of what no longer serves us - the things which block our vital energy stores. We conclude with a soothing Yoga Nidra, themed to this idea.

In this special workshop, we blend yin practices and traditional chinese medicine with the healing sounds and vibrations of the sound bowls.
The yin practice led by Shayne will keep us close to the floor and introspective as we open the heart pathway through the chest and shoulders. Meanwhile Kate will encapsulate you with the healing sounds of her crystal and Nepalese bowls.

All proceeds will go to a local charity, DVConnect, supporting Queenslanders experiencing domestic, family and sexual violence.
