Ashtanga Style Vinyasa

Expect a carefully structured sequence inspired by the traditional Ashtanga primary series, albeit with modifications.

The hallmark of this practice is the synchronization of breath with movement, where each posture flows seamlessly into the next, emphasizing a one-breath, one-movement rhythm.

This approach not only promotes strength and flexibility but also encourages a meditative flow, creating a dynamic and transformative yoga experience.

Prior yoga (asana) experience is recommended - Intensity level is strong.
