Heat & Strength
Vinyasa

Ashtanga Style Vinyasa
Structure creates freedom. Rooted in tradition, this class uses a set sequence of postures to build internal heat, discipline, and resilience. Balance & Flow
Vin/Yin
The ultimate reset button. We start with gentle, rhythmic movement to burn off the day’s nervous energy and warm the body. Then, we slow right down for long-held Yin postures to release deep tension. Flow & Restore
Movement meets softness. Begin with a slow, mindful flow to mobilize stiff joints and wake up your muscles. Then, transition into fully supported Restorative poses using bolsters and blankets. Somatic Strength

Align Your Spine
Undo the “Desk Hunch.” Using the BackMitra® (a foam strip) and therapy balls, we gently release tension along the spine and shoulders. This isn’t just a stretch; it’s a re-education for your posture, helping you stand taller and breathe deeper. Why choose this? If you sit at a desk or carry tension in your shoulders.
Deep Rest
Restorative Yoga
The art of doing nothing. In a world that glorifies busy, this is your permission to pause. We use props to fully support your body so your muscles can let go completely. Yin Rest
Patience and release. Yin targets the deeper connective tissues that get tight from stress and sitting. By holding floor poses for longer, we invite space back into the hips and spine. Recovery Yoga
