Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga

Energetically moving through different yoga poses with the breath. Builds and improves your strength, balance and flexibility. Calm the mind and become more present as you focus on movement with the breath.

This class style is dynamic and will vary depending on the instructor. Most levels are welcome although prior yoga (asana) experience or beginner yoga would be advantageous.

 

Power Yoga

A strong yoga practice where you work on building all over body strength, flexibility and balance.

Sequencing is dynamic and involves moving with the breath like a Vinyasa flow class. Expect strength drills and options to do inversions.

Power Yoga not only builds physical strength, but resilience and confidence too.

Prior yoga (asana) experience is recommended.

Vin Yin

Vin/Yin is a marriage of Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga with Yin Yoga.

An active, dynamic flow sequence is offered in the first half of class to enliven the body.

The Yin half of class offers passive, seated and supine poses that are held for longer periods of time to promote relaxation.

All levels welcome.

Restorative Yoga

A nurturing, peaceful and grounding practice promoting deep relaxation. Restore your natural ability to relax, by calming your body and mind.

Expect a limited number (3-4) of seated and supine yoga poses for extended periods of time. You’ll be expertly guided and completely supported by your yoga props (blankets, blocks, bolsters) to facilitate deep relaxation.

Please note, there is no stretching in this class, just relaxing. 

All levels welcome. PJs optional for maximum comfort.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, with mainly floor based static or passive postures that are held for longer periods of time, to gain deeper stretch. This class will increase circulation in the joints, improve flexibility, and help regulate the body’s flow of energy.

Although a slower paced class, its overall effect can be rejuvenating and re-energising.

All levels welcome.

 

The 5 Elements Vinyasa

Threads of the 5 elements of TCM are woven through an energising morning movement practice.

Dancing through yoga asana, meridian stretches, fascial unwinding and qi gong, let curiosity guide your way!

All bodies and experience levels are welcome.

Yin Rest

Slow and deep stretches taking your body to the next level of release helping you find balance, stability and flexibility.

Think of this special class as the antidote to our fast paced, busy lifestyles.

All levels welcome.

 

Gentle Yoga

Slowly and intelligently moving through different yoga poses with the breath. Build and improve your strength, balance and flexibility.

Concluded with restorative yoga poses to help calm the mind and relax the body.

All ages and bodies most welcome.

 

Aligned Vinyasa

Yoga poses in a flowing sequence with a strong emphasis on alignment and intention.

Builds and improves your strength, balance and flexibility.

Prior yoga (asana) experience or beginner yoga would be advantageous.

 

Flow & Restore

We combine the benefits of Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga in this special, Signature class.

The class starts with a slower-paced sequence of yoga postures focusing on strength, balance and flexibility. It concludes with resting in Restorative poses where you're completely supported by props (bolsters and blankets) to create the ultimate relaxation experience.

This class is ideal for students wanting to receive the benefit of movement but have a peaceful ending too.

All levels are welcome.

 

Inversions

Have fun getting upside down!

Build strength and confidence and learn the hints and tricks to doing poses such as headstands and handstands. Expect targeted warms ups, strength drills, and invert using the wall for assistance.

Students at all levels are most welcome although previous yoga (asana) experience would be advantageous.

 

Recovery Yoga

The class everyBODY needs!

This special class utilises a combination of stretching, mobility exercises, myofascial release, decompression, and yin yoga poses to help you recover in the most relaxing way possible.

No experience necessary. All are welcome.

Movement Meditation & Yin

This class is ideal to balance busy minds & bodies. Starting with slow flowing meditative movement, we then sink into deep yin yoga holds in the second half of the class.

This class supports you to gain flexibility, enhance mental clarity, and cultivate a state of peace & calm. Suitable for all levels.
