Led by Michelle Trimboli, this 2 hour masterclass features the full Ashtanga primary series. 

Ashtanga vinyasa is a dynamic, vigorous practice using breath control techniques to flow from one asana (pose) to the next. Regular practice cleanses the body, stills the mind, and cultivates strength and energy.

Modifications will be on offer to cater for most levels of ability. A yoga practice of some kind is recommended.
