Vanessa Botha guides you in this two hour meditative and passive style of yoga practice.

Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing practice that uses props like blankets, bosters, and blocks to support the body in gentle, comfortable poses. This allows the muscles and the nervouse system to fully release and completely let go.

The overall effect is physical, mental and emotional relaxation and ease.

Absolutely no experience is necessary and all ages and bodies welcome.
