"Rest, Receive, and Reconnect" — a guided experience to nourish your nervous system, gently restore your body, and reconnect to your inner calm.
In this 2 hour restorative workshop we aim to slow down the body, and quieten the mind with a focus on poses that encourage self-compassion & nourish the nervous system. We will also spend a short time journalling.
This workshop is perfect for anyone feeling tired, overwhelmed, or in need of some heartfelt TLC.
Please bring a Journal (or paper) and pen, and dress comfortably. You’re welcome to bring your PJ's, eye pillow, warm clothes, cosy blanket, pillow.
