Yoga Class
The full reset. Gentle movement to undo desk stiffness, combined with strengthening and relaxation. Accessible for all ages and fitness levels. No pretzel shapes required.
Mindfulness
Pure mental training. Guided techniques to manage stress and anxiety. Perfect for high-pressure periods or teams with limited space (can be done in chairs).
Desk Reset
Short, sharp, and effective. A standing or seated circuit breaker to wake up the body and brain. Ideal for conference breaks or busy lunch hours.

Do you supply the equipment?
Yes, absolutely. We bring everything required for the session, including high-quality mats and props. You don’t need to purchase or store anything on-site.
How much space do we need?
We can work with what you have. A boardroom with the tables pushed back, a large meeting room, or an outdoor terrace all work well.
What should staff wear?
For yoga classes, comfortable clothing that allows movement is best. For our Mindfulness or Desk Reset sessions, staff can remain in their regular work attire.
Is it suitable for total beginners?
Yes. Our corporate sessions are specifically designed to be accessible. We assume no prior experience and offer modifications for every posture.
Do you travel outside of the Brisbane CBD?
Yes, we service the greater Brisbane area. We often visit clients in Fortitude Valley, South Brisbane, and surrounds. For locations further afield (Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast), a small travel fee may apply.
Can we book a one-off team building event?
Absolutely. While many clients prefer weekly programs, we love hosting special wellness workshops for staff training days, conferences, or team retreats.
