Corporate Yoga


Majority of us are spending most of the weekday in front of the computer so our corporate yoga program focuses on opening up through the shoulders, stretching out the hip flexors and hamstrings and strengthening the core. Our corporate yoga classes also include breathing exercises and meditation to help calm and still the mind.

Types of classes we offer 

  • 45min to 1 hour yoga classes - a typical class includes breathing exercises at the start, followed by movement through various yoga poses to improve flexibility, strength and balance. We conclude with a meditational rest called Savasana (where you simply lie down and relax).

  • Mindfulness classes - breathing exercises and guided meditation to calm and destress the mind (45 min to 1 hour).

  • Should your regular teacher be ill/unavailable, we have cover teachers to fill in. This is important because our experience has shown if yoga sessions are consistent, your attendees will keep coming back. Attendees can lose interest if a yoga teacher is repeatedly unavailable.
