Corporate Yoga
The majority of us are spending most of the weekday in front of the computer so our corporate yoga program focuses on opening up through the shoulders, stretching out the hip flexors and hamstrings and strengthening the core. Our corporate yoga classes also include breathing exercises and meditation to help calm and still the mind.
