Shayne Pretorius
STUDIO OWNER & TEACHER
I love teaching a strong, dynamic, and energetic vinyasa class bookended by pranayama and heart-opening meditations to deepen your connection to yourself. I place an emphasis on self-awareness to bring depth to every practice. Also expect a sprinkle of yoga philosophy from time to time.
My classes: Are grounded in tradition with a modern twist. I like to bring self-awareness, strength, and meditation to your motion.

I love that yoga is a constant progression. We're all studying, learning, and growing together through this practice. As a teacher, I hope to assist students to let go of expectation and break through any barriers of doubts or fears created by the mind, so the body has space and freedom it requires to move with joy and ease.
My classes: Are breathwork-focused, flowing, and lighthearted.

Kate Collins
TEACHER
I am passionate about embodying your yoga practice so that the benefits stay with you outside the studio. I love challenging poses like inversions and arm balances and sprinkle them into most classes. We will do all the fun stuff, with mindfulness, consciousness and integrity.
My classes: Involve a moderate and mindful flow.

Frances Rowsell

My classes: Build on tradition and adapt to modern life. Students walk away from my classes feeling tuned in and refreshed.

I found yoga in my early 20’s and it’s the one thing I’ve always come back to for its benefits to body and mind.
My classes: A safe, supportive space to stretch, breathe, and relax as you soften into the quieter side of the mat.
-
Carla Raleigh
TEACHER
I completed my first Yoga teacher training in 2013 and haven't stopped training, teaching, learning and growing since.
I draw on my knowledge of energy, anatomy and alignment to ensure a safe and holistic practice for longevity.
My classes: My classes may challenge you. Not just physically, but also mentally.
-
Michelle Trimboli
TEACHER
I like to observe and understand my students and their needs so they feel safe and nurtured. Meeting you at your level, I can then challenge you to go deeper in your practice.
My classes: you’ll leave feeling physically challenged, whilst maintaining a sense of calm and clarity.
-
Linda Kuster
TEACHER
Movement, breath and intention are united in my practice as they offer a direct pathway to deepen our sense of aliveness in the present moment. I enjoy providing a space to sharpen internal listening, explore and deepen the connection with self & body. The internal experience of the student and joyful expression through movement are at the heart of my classes.
My classes: I love to inspire a dive deep into the experience of the present moment. That can be in a invigorating Vinyasa or Power class, a Chinese philosophy based ZenThai Flow, or in the spaciousness of a Yin or Restorative class.
-
Sonja Mapleston
TEACHER
A teacher since 2017 and lifelong student, I keep re-discovering the magic of yoga at every stage of life and the sense of harmony and relaxation it brings.
I enjoy practicing and teaching hatha and restorative yoga, helping students to move with their breath and immerse themselves in the present moment.
My classes: align your body and mind with nature's rhythms, so you can connect more deeply with yourself.
-
Rebecca Mirabella
TEACHER
I love offering the powerful benefits of restorative yoga. I create a safe space for you to rest, quiet your nervous system and sink into your serene place. To support your ultimate relaxation, I guide students in the best use of multiple props and offer variations to suit every body. Because when your body softens, your mind can also rest.
My classes: Invite you to press pause on the outside world and experience the relaxation within.
-
Nirvana McBeath
TEACHER
I teach yoga so there is more kindness and love in this world and importantly to share how yoga helps so much in life. I weave in the 8 limbs of yoga and I am always available after a class to chat.
My classes: expect pranayama and a well thought out sequence with a specific theme or pose in mind.
-
Jo Groves
