I love that yoga is a constant progression. We're all studying, learning, and growing together through this practice. As a teacher, I hope to assist students to let go of expectation and break through any barriers of doubts or fears created by the mind, so the body has space and freedom it requires to move with joy and ease.
My classes: Are breathwork-focused, flowing, and lighthearted.

Evelin is a passionate and dynamic yoga teacher, with an approach that combines strength, precision, and calm.

These transformative experiences fueled her curiosity and inspired her to share the empowering tools she had gained. Her dedication to cultivating both physical and mental transformation allows her to guide others toward achieving their healthiest, most confident selves—whether on or off the mat

Sylvie Beck
TEACHER
With influences from my parents' practices and teachings of Iyengar and Zen, as a young adult, yoga became a consistent part of my life and developed into a deep love of the practice.
I’ve transitioned through many yoga methods over the years - Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin - but kept coming back to my roots. Today, I follow a dedicated and disciplined Iyengar practice and am constantly developing my knowledge through ongoing study and trips to Pune, India, to practice in the Iyengar Centre.
MY CLASSES: will challenge, excite, and restore you.
Striking a balance between the intentional and precise action and allowing the body to move into a deeper state of awareness.
-

A teacher since 2017 and lifelong student, I keep re-discovering the magic of yoga at every stage of life and the sense of harmony and relaxation it brings.

My aim for each class is to align your body and mind with nature's rhythms, so you can connect more deeply with yourself.
My classes: expect warmth, curiosity and space for silence to calm and ground your nervous system.

Rocio Marte
TEACHER
I came to yoga searching for balance and calm, but it has grown into a journey of self-discovery, healing, and connection. After almost 10 years of teaching, I still love sharing this practice because it allows me to create spaces where students feel safe, supported, and free to just be themselves.
My classes: are about more than just movement—they’re an opportunity to pause, breathe, and connect with yourself.
You can expect a welcoming, supportive space with a focus on alignment, breath awareness, and functional movement. I build my classes on a foundation of rest, offering time for stillness and reflection.
-
Michelle Trimboli

Toby Jessen
TEACHER
I’ve been studying yoga the last four years to develop my own self practice and to grow spiritually. Part of this journey included travelling to India, the birth country of yoga, to learn what yoga is really about.
My class is a blend of traditional hatha with elements of flow.
I want to share as much as I’ve learned so far and I hope to bring you a state of calm after each class.
My classes: Expect a focus on alignment, breath and intentional movement.
-
Claire Hatchman
TEACHER
As a high school teacher who has freshly transitioned my joy of educating others to the yoga classroom, I will bring a unique energy to your classes.
Balancing my ongoing appreciation for yogic philosophy and my growing love for anatomy-focused sequencing, I believe that yoga requires: a warm and open mind, positive energy to be shared with your community and a safe space to move your body freely, without judgment.
My classes: Expect intelligent sequencing, knowing that my classes are not based on the destination but the journey we take with our body, breath and mind.. sprinkled with lots of laughs and fun along the way.
