  • Shayne Pretorius

    STUDIO OWNER & TEACHER

I love teaching a strong, dynamic, and energetic Vinyasa class bookended by pranayama and heart-opening meditations to deepen your connection to yourself. I place an emphasis on self-awareness to bring depth to every practice. Also expect a sprinkle of yoga philosophy from time to time.

My classes: Are grounded in tradition with a modern twist. I like to bring self-awareness, strength and meditation to your motion.

  • Frances Rowsell

I am passionate about moving well and using the practice of yoga to cultivate a state of equanimity. My strength is in intelligent sequencing and guiding students through practice in a safe, inquisitive and inclusive manner.

My classes: Build on tradition and adapt to modern life. Students walk away from my classes feeling tuned in and refreshed.

  • Laura Smith

    TEACHER

I love that yoga is a constant progression. We're all studying, learning, and growing together through this practice. As a teacher, I hope to assist students to let go of expectation and break through any barriers of doubts or fears created by the mind, so the body has space and freedom it requires to move with joy and ease.

My classes: Are breathwork-focused, flowing, and lighthearted.

  • Kate Collins

    TEACHER

I am passionate about embodying your yoga practice so that the benefits stay with you outside the studio. I love challenging poses like inversions and arm balances and sprinkle them into most classes. We will do all the fun stuff, with mindfulness, consciousness and integrity.

My classes: Involve a moderate and conscious flow.

I like to observe and understand my students and their needs so they feel safe and nurtured. Meeting you at your level, I can then challenge you to go deeper in your practice.

My classes: you’ll leave feeling physically challenged, whilst maintaining a sense of calm and clarity.

  • Vanessa Botha

I found yoga in my early 20’s and it’s the one thing I’ve always come back to for its benefits to body and mind.

  • Linda Kuster Brisbane Yoga Teacher

    Linda Kuster

    TEACHER

Movement, breath and intention are united in my practice as they offer a direct pathway to deepen our sense of aliveness in the present moment. I enjoy providing a space to sharpen internal listening, explore and deepen the connection with self & body. The internal experience of the student and joyful expression through movement are at the heart of my classes.

My classes: I love to inspire a dive deep into the experience of the present moment. That can be in a invigorating Vinyasa or Power class, a Chinese philosophy based ZenThai Flow, or in the spaciousness of a Yin or Restorative class.

  • Claire Hatchman yoga teacher

    Claire Hatchman

    TEACHER

As a high school teacher who has freshly transitioned my joy of educating others to the yoga classroom, I will bring a unique energy to your classes.

Balancing my ongoing appreciation for yogic philosophy and my growing love for anatomy-focused sequencing, I believe that yoga requires: a warm and open mind, positive energy to be shared with your community and a safe space to move your body freely, without judgment.

My classes: Expect intelligent sequencing, knowing that my classes are not based on the destination but the journey we take with our body, breath and mind.. sprinkled with lots of laughs and fun along the way.

  • Toby Jessen Yoga Teacher

    Toby Jessen

    TEACHER

I’ve been studying yoga the last four years to develop my own self practice and to grow spiritually. Part of this journey included travelling to India, the birth country of yoga, to learn what yoga is really about.

My class is a blend of traditional hatha with elements of flow.

I want to share as much as I’ve learned so far and I hope to bring you a state of calm after each class.

My classes: Expect a focus on alignment, breath and intentional movement.

  • Nirvana McBeath

I teach yoga so there is more kindness and love in this world and importantly to share how yoga helps so much in life. I weave in the 8 limbs of yoga and I am always available after a class to chat.

My classes: expect pranayama and a well thought out sequence with a specific theme or pose in mind.

  • Verity Paterson Yoga Teacher

    Verity Paterson

    TEACHER

I came to yoga to help with migraines that were spiralling out of control. I quickly discovered how the tools of yoga could be used to relieve physical tension, but also to cultivate self-compassion, inner calm and a greater sense of purpose in all aspects of life. I’m driven to support others in unlocking their body’s innate intelligence and learning to bring balance to their nervous system.

My classes: Are warm and welcoming, with a little humour and light-hearted banter along the way. There are plenty of reminders to check in with the breath and for students to notch their practice up or down to suit their needs that day.

  • Rocio Marte yoga teacher

    Rocio Marte

    TEACHER

I came to yoga searching for balance and calm, but it has grown into a journey of self-discovery, healing, and connection. After almost 10 years of teaching, I still love sharing this practice because it allows me to create spaces where students feel safe, supported, and free to just be themselves.

My classes: are about more than just movement—they’re an opportunity to pause, breathe, and connect with yourself.

You can expect a welcoming, supportive space with a focus on alignment, breath awareness, and functional movement. I build my classes on a foundation of rest, offering time for stillness and reflection.
