Our Classes
Power Yoga
A strong yoga practice where you work on building all over body strength, flexibility and balance. Poses are held for longer and options are given to do inversions. Sequencing is dynamic and involves moving with the breath like a Vinyasa flow class. Power Yoga not only builds physical strength, but resilience and confidence too.
Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga
Energetically moving through different yoga poses with the breath. Builds and improves your strength, balance and flexibility. Calm the mind and become more present as you focus on and move with the breath. Sequencing and class will vary depending on the instructor and their own unique and special style.
Restorative Yoga
A nurturing, peaceful and grounding practice promoting deep relaxation. Restore your natural ability to relax, calming your body and mind. You will be expertly guided and supported throughout the practice to allowing you to drop in, relax and switch off the “monkey” mind.
All levels welcome.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, with mainly floor based static or passive postures that are held for longer periods of time, to gain deeper stretch and cultivate mindfulness, meditation and a calm sense of relaxation.
This class will increase circulation in the joints, improve flexibility and help regulate the body’s flow of energy.
All levels welcome.
Yummy Yoga
Slow and deep stretches taking your body to the next level of release helping you find balance, stability and flexibility. A perfect compliment to more physically intense exercises (such as flow yoga, running, cycling).
All levels welcome.
Vin Yin
Vin/Yin is a marriage of Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga with Yin Yoga. An active, dynamic flow sequence is offered in the first half of class to enliven the body. The Yin half of class offers passive, seated and supine poses that are held for longer periods of time to promote relaxation.
All levels welcome.
Meditation
Reduce stress, invite relaxation, and cultivate stillness. Start with an extended pranayama practice, working with the breath and vital energy of the body, followed by guided meditation.
All levels welcome.
Mindful Movements
Bring attention and awareness to the body while connecting to deeper parts of yourself through yoga philosophy. Classes are balanced with postures and movements designed to strengthen and fortify while also facilitating a release of tension (either physical or energetic).
All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
Recalibrate
Alignment poses/asanas designed to recalibrate and shift your paradigms!
All levels most welcome.
