Winter Yin Yoga & Sound Bath: Nourish your kidneys and bladder meridians

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the winter season is associated with the element of water and the kidney and bladder meridians - essential for vitality, resilience and inner balance. Our yin practice will focus on yoga poses stimulating these meridian lines that run down the spine (in front and in back of the body), as well as down the back of the legs and up the inner thighs.

Join Shayne and Kate for this deeply restorative Yin yoga and sound bath designed to support your body during the winter months. Through gentle, long-held yin postures, we'll encourage deep release, while the healing vibrations of crystal and Nepalese bowls guid you into profound relaxation.

Expect a long and delicious Savasana at the end.
