We make it easy. We have three allocated car spots immediately behind our studio. Alternatively, you can park at Woolworths, Aldi (across the road), or Coles (corner of Harry & Stewart Rd)—all offer a minimum 2-hour free parking window. Public transport? There is a bus stop directly in front of our studio.
If you want a tailored start, we highly recommend booking a 1:1 Private Session first. If you prefer to jump into a class to slow down, try our Yin & Restore. If you want to move and learn the basics of flow, look for our Slow Flow sessions. All classes are beginner-friendly, but these are the best places to start.
You are welcome to bring your own, but you don’t have to! We provide high-quality mats for hire ($3 per session). All other props—blocks, bolsters, and straps—are free to use. Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and comfortable clothes.
Absolutely. We have plenty of guys in the studio. Whether you are looking to improve flexibility for sports, manage work stress, or just move your body, you will find a welcoming, no-nonsense space here.
Yes. Our teachers are trained to support different bodies and limitations. Please let the teacher know about any injuries before class starts so they can offer you specific modifications to keep you safe.
