Complete 21 classes
Any in-studio classes across the 30 days of June. You can do two classes a day, skip a few days, or power through and finish early.
Collect your tracker
Pick up your Challenge Tracker at the front desk and mark each class as you go. We’ll keep them on the wall so you can watch your progress build.
Flexible timing
Start later in June if you need to — just complete your 21 classes at Unplugged before the 30th to go in the draw.

108 Sun Salutations — Winter Solstice, Sunday 21 June
The three-quarter point of the challenge lands on the Winter Solstice. In yoga, 108 holds deep significance — representing wholeness and connection across ancient texts, the body, and the relationship between the earth, sun, and moon. Moving through 108 rounds becomes a moving meditation. A clearing, a reset. At some point it stops being about the body and becomes something quieter. A chance to meet yourself with steadiness, breath by breath.

A few tips from us
Set your intention
Know your reason. It will carry you on the colder, slower days when the couch feels more appealing than the mat.
Lock it in
Book your classes ahead of time. When it’s in the calendar it’s part of the routine, not a decision you have to make each morning.
Mix it up
Some days will be strong, some will be slow. A restorative Yin counts just as much as a fiery Vinyasa. Both count.
Partner up
We all know we’re more likely to show up when someone else is counting on us. Create an accountability group and make it fun.
