Sacred Sound & Self-Transformation

7:00pm • With Tania Duff-Tylter

An immersive evening of ceremony and activation. Includes a cacao and blue lotus ceremony followed by a multidimensional sound journey using gongs, crystal bowls, and flute to awaken the heart and soul.

The Next Chapter

9:15am – 11:00am • Book Club

We meet every 2-3 months for movement, tea, and a chat. Reading: The White Tiger by Aravind Adiga. Follow @upthenextchapter for updates.

Saturdays

Pregnancy Yoga

10:00am – 11:00am • 6 Week Course

A dedicated course for peace and calm from 14 to 42 weeks. You will be guided safely through dynamic and relaxing exercises by experienced teachers.

Fridays

Mums & Bubs Yoga

11:00am – 12:00pm • 6 Week Course

For babies 8 weeks to crawling. Stay connected in the early phase of parenting. Includes special activities to bond with your baby, yoga for you, and time to connect with other mothers.
