Nervous System Tune Up

1:00pm – 2:30pm

You can’t out-hustle a dysregulated nervous system. Join us for a 90-minute science-backed reset. We use acupressure, myofascial release, and somatic movement to flip the switch from “survival mode” to deep ease.

Pregnancy Yoga

A dedicated course for peace and calm from 14 to 42 weeks. You will be guided safely through dynamic and relaxing exercises by experienced teachers.

Mums & Bubs Yoga

11:00am – 12:00pm • 6 Week Course

For babies 8 weeks to crawling. Stay connected in the early phase of parenting. Includes special activities to bond with your baby, yoga for you, and time to connect with other mothers.
