Mini + Me – Yoga & Craft
A heart-warming session led by Miss Kelly blending story-based yoga, calming breathwork, and creative craft. Help your child feel calm and connected. *Ticket covers 1 Adult + 1 Child. $20 for each extra person.
Nervous System Tune Up
You can’t out-hustle a dysregulated nervous system. Join us for a 90-minute science-backed reset using acupressure and somatic movement. Stay for a warm cup of tea and community connection afterwards.
Yoga for Beginners
The perfect, unintimidating entry point to yoga. Over these Saturday sessions, we break down foundational poses, breathwork, and alignment in a safe, supportive environment. No flexibility required, just curiosity.

Pregnancy Yoga
A dedicated course for peace and calm from 14 to 42 weeks. You will be guided safely through dynamic and relaxing exercises by experienced teachers.
Mums & Bubs Yoga
For babies 8 weeks to crawling. Stay connected in the early phase of parenting. Includes special activities to bond with your baby, yoga for you, and time to connect with other mothers.
