Heat and Strength
Energise & Focus

Heat & Strength

Vinyasa

Get out of your head and into your body. Vinyasa is a rhythmic, breath-led practice that links movement with mindfulness. It builds heat and strength, but the real benefit is mental clarity. By focusing on the flow, you clear the mental clutter of the day. Why choose this? To energise your body and quiet your mind.

Intensity: Moderate to Strong.

Ashtanga Style Vinyasa

Structure creates freedom. Rooted in tradition, this class uses a set sequence of postures to build internal heat, discipline, and resilience. Because the sequence is consistent, the practice becomes a moving meditation—you stop thinking about “what comes next” and start feeling deeply. Why choose this? To build focus, discipline, and physical resilience.

Intensity: Strong. Best for those with some experience.

Yoga Sculpt

Redefine your limits. Yoga Sculpt blends the mindfulness of yoga with the intensity of resistance training. Using light weights and high-repetition sequences, this class targets deep muscle fibers to boost metabolism and bone density without the impact on your joints. You get the mental focus of yoga with a physical burn that leaves you feeling powerful and capable. Why choose this? To build lean strength, boost metabolic health, and feel physically empowered.

Intensity: Moderate to Strong.

Vinyasa (Advanced + Inversions)

Flow with purpose, rise with confidence. This advanced Vinyasa class is a rhythmic, breath-led practice designed to build the strength, mobility, and focus required for inversion work. You’ll be carefully led through progressive pathways, refinements, and options that support confidence and capability, making inversion practice feel strong, intentional, and integrated rather than rushed or forced. Why choose this? To deepen your practice, build inversion confidence, and experience mental clarity.

Intensity: Strong. Best suited to yogis with an advanced practice.
Balance and Flow
Move & Settle

Balance & Flow

Vin/Yin

The ultimate reset button. We start with gentle, rhythmic movement to burn off the day’s nervous energy and warm the body. Then, we slow right down for long-held Yin postures to release deep tension. It balances your nervous system in a single hour. Why choose this? When you feel “tired but wired” and need balance.

Intensity: Moderate start, settling into deep rest.

Flow & Restore

Movement meets softness. Begin with a slow, mindful flow to mobilize stiff joints and wake up your muscles. Then, transition into fully supported Restorative poses using bolsters and blankets. It’s the perfect way to move your body without depleting your energy. Why choose this? To gently move your body before deep relaxation.

Intensity: Gentle movement, finishing with total rest.

Slow Flow

Find power in the pause. Slow Flow strips away the rush, allowing you to fully inhabit every movement. By slowing down the pace, you increase time-under-tension to build strength while refining your alignment. This is a practice of deliberate control—giving you the space to breathe deeply, correct your form, and move with absolute intention. Why choose this? To cultivate patience, refine your technique, and build sustainable strength.

Intensity: Moderate.
Somatic and Alignment
Connect & Realign

Somatic & Alignment

Somatic Strength

Strength without the strain. This class isn’t about how the pose looks; it’s about how it feels. Through slow, conscious engagement, you’ll reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence, building stability that feels sustainable and grounded. Why choose this? To build functional strength and body awareness.

Intensity: Your pace. Focused and mindful.

Align Your Spine

Undo the “Desk Hunch.” Using the BackMitra® (a foam strip) and therapy balls, we gently release tension along the spine and shoulders. This isn’t just a stretch; it’s a re-education for your posture, helping you stand taller and breathe deeper. Why choose this? If you sit at a desk or carry tension in your shoulders.

Intensity: Low. A physical reset.

Mat Pilates

Build an unbreakable foundation. Mat Pilates focuses on the deep core muscles that support your entire skeleton. Through precise, controlled movements, you will correct alignment, improve stability, and refine your posture. This practice acts as a force multiplier for your body—making your yoga practice stronger and your daily movement effortless. Why choose this? To architect a powerful core and support long-term joint health.

Intensity: Moderate.
Deep Rest
Stillness & Space

Deep Rest

Restorative Yoga

The art of doing nothing. In a world that glorifies busy, this is your permission to pause. We use props to fully support your body so your muscles can let go completely. It is a radical act of kindness for a burnt-out nervous system. Why choose this? For deep exhaustion, stress relief, and pure comfort.

Intensity: Pure Chill.

Yin Rest

Patience and release. Yin targets the deeper connective tissues that get tight from stress and sitting. By holding floor poses for longer, we invite space back into the hips and spine. It’s a quiet practice that teaches us to sit with ourselves. Why choose this? To improve flexibility and cultivate patience.

Intensity: Chill. Deep stretching.

Recovery Yoga

A gentle exhale in the middle of your week. We blend soft stretching, easy mobility work, and soothing self-massage to help your body unwind. It’s accessible, comforting, and asks nothing of you other than to show up and breathe. Why choose this? When you need a gentle, comforting practice.

Intensity: Low.

Evening Restoration + Nidra Journey

Press pause on the world. This is a biological reset for your nervous system. We use fully supported restorative postures to signal safety to the body, melting away physical tension. The practice concludes with a Yoga Nidra–inspired guided journey, shifting your brain into a state of deep conscious rest. It is the ultimate antidote to a busy life. Why choose this? To down-regulate your nervous system and repair mental and physical fatigue.

Intensity: Very gentle.
